CASINO-CLUB Poker Terms & Conditions for Qualifications for Live Events

1. For the winnings packages for live events won at our online finals, no substitution, transfer of prize package, or cash equivalent is permitted.
2. In the event that any individual player, for whatever reason, is not able to participate in the live poker tournament he won, the player with the next best ranking at the online final will receive the winnings package.
3. Any individual player can only win one seat at the online final and the corresponding main live event.
4. Players must be 18 years or older to participate in the online finals, unless otherwise specified. Please note that in some tournaments the minimum age for participation is 21.
5. It is the individual winner's responsibility to have a valid passport in order to attend the live poker tournament.
6. Any individual player who participates in an online final with more than one gaming account will be excluded from participation.
7. Any individual player who is proved to have tried to engage in any fraudulent activity during an online final will be disqualified, and his account will be closed.
8. Any individual player who practices „soft-playing“ during a tournament to the advantage of another player will be disqualified, and his account will be closed.
9. The payout of tournament winnings follows the standard payout procedure and anti-fraud verification at CASINO-CLUB Poker.
10. By qualifying for a live poker event, players agree that their real names, aliases and photo can be used for promotional purposes.
11. By participating in an online final, players agree that, should they win entry to a live event, they will wear live event CASINO-CLUB Poker promotional apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts).
12. CASINO-CLUB Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a live tournament package as a direct or indirect result of the player’s participation in a live event.
13. Any decisions taken by the CASINO-CLUB Poker management are binding and final.
14. CASINO-CLUB Poker cannot advise on the tax obligations of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker winnings as tax-free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in the player’s jurisdiction, the player is solely responsible to keep track of and report his winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, CASINO-CLUB Poker cannot advise the players on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in the country of the player’s jurisdiction.
15. CASINO-CLUB Poker reserves the right to cancel promotions and/or change the rules of ongoing promotions at any time.
